This notice explains how ContentFellow (Burnley, Lancashire, UK) uses the personal information you send us through this website.

What we collect

When you fill in our form: your name, business name, website, email, phone (optional), area, the services you are interested in, budget, your message, and how you found us. Our server also records your IP address with the request to help prevent spam.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, deliver your free trial or AI visibility check, and talk to you about our services. Our lawful basis is your consent (the tick box on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who sees it

Only ContentFellow. We never sell or share your details. Our website host (Namecheap) and email provider store data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for legal and accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time by replying to any email from us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
